Breathing Exercise

Instructions

  1. Find somewhere quiet. Use headphones or turn your device volume up so you can hear your background sound clearly when you press Start.
  2. Sit comfortably with both feet on the floor or lie down.
  3. Breathe with the pattern: expand gently on the inhale, release fully on the exhale.
  4. Complete at least three cycles—or stay as long as it helps.
  5. Review: notice one small shift in your shoulders, jaw, or thoughts.

One full inhale and exhale completes every eight seconds. Pick a background sound (or none)—sound only plays when you press Start, not from a separate player. Pause pauses the circle and the sound; Stop ends both and rewinds the track.
