Breathing Exercise
Instructions
- Find somewhere quiet. Use headphones or turn your device volume up so you can hear your background sound clearly when you press Start.
- Sit comfortably with both feet on the floor or lie down.
- Breathe with the pattern: expand gently on the inhale, release fully on the exhale.
- Complete at least three cycles—or stay as long as it helps.
- Review: notice one small shift in your shoulders, jaw, or thoughts.
One full inhale and exhale completes every eight seconds. Pick a background sound (or none)—sound only plays when you press Start, not from a separate player. Pause pauses the circle and the sound; Stop ends both and rewinds the track.
Inhale as the circle grows; exhale as it softens back to size.
